The TEMPLAR (TEleMonitoring of blood Pressure in Local phARmacies) Project is the first Italian Registry on blood pressure monitoring in Pharmacy, with the aim of verifying the level of blood pressure control in patients undergoing 24-hour or home blood pressure monitoring through Pharmacies empowered to this service.
The project is promoted by the Italian Institute of Telemedicine and is endorsed by the Italian Society of Hypertension and the Italian Society of General Practitioners.
